Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any product from us.


1. Product Information

Wavenics sells robotics components, embedded electronics, automation parts, sensors, microcontrollers, mechanical hardware, 3D printing-related items, and other technical products.

We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and technical information. However, product information may sometimes be collected from manufacturers, suppliers, or online sources, so we cannot guarantee that every detail is 100% accurate or always up to date. The reference policy also notes that product information may not always be fully accurate and customers should check product labels, warnings, and instructions before use.

Customers are requested to carefully read the product description, voltage rating, current rating, pin configuration, dimension, and usage instructions before ordering.


2. DIY and Technical Product Disclaimer

Most of our products are DIY electronics and engineering components. These products may require programming, soldering, wiring, driver installation, circuit design, calibration, or technical knowledge.

Because these products can be damaged by wrong connection, reverse polarity, overvoltage, short circuit, wrong programming, overheating, static discharge, or improper handling, Wavenics will not be responsible for damage caused after purchase due to misuse or incorrect installation.

Customers should use proper tools, power supplies, wiring methods, and safety precautions while using our products.


3. Warranty Policy

Most DIY electronics, sensors, modules, development boards, mechanical parts, and automation components do not come with an official warranty unless it is specifically mentioned on the product page or invoice.

If any product has a warranty, the warranty terms will be clearly mentioned separately. Warranty will not apply if the product is burned, physically damaged, soldered, modified, programmed incorrectly, connected with wrong polarity, exposed to water/fire, or misused in any way.


4. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Products sold by Wavenics are generally non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable after purchase.

Return or exchange requests may only be considered on a case-by-case basis if the product is completely unused, unchanged, undamaged, and in its original condition. However, acceptance of return or exchange is not guaranteed and will be fully decided by Wavenics.

Products that have been soldered, programmed, connected, assembled, modified, scratched, damaged, or used cannot be returned or exchanged.


5. Product Checking Before Purchase

If you are unsure about the quality, compatibility, or condition of any product, we encourage you to visit our shop and check the product physically before purchasing.

Once a product is purchased and taken from the shop or delivered through courier, complaints such as “product not working” may not be accepted if the product has already been connected, used, modified, or handled improperly.


6. Technical Support and Service

Basic guidance may be provided depending on availability, but technical support is not included with every product purchase.

Programming, software setup, driver installation, circuit debugging, project development, soldering, calibration, or troubleshooting services may require separate service charges.

Customers are expected to have basic technical knowledge before purchasing DIY electronics and engineering components.


7. Pricing Policy

Product prices may change at any time without prior notice due to supplier price changes, import cost, stock availability, exchange rate, or market conditions.

Wavenics reserves the right to update, modify, or cancel product prices, offers, and discounts at any time.


8. Order Confirmation

Placing an order does not always guarantee product availability. Orders will be confirmed based on stock availability and payment confirmation.

For some products, especially imported or sourced items, customers may need to make partial or full advance payment before the order is processed.

Wavenics reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order if necessary.


9. Product Holding Policy

If a customer places an order for pickup or reservation, Wavenics may hold the product for a limited time only. If payment is not completed within the given time, the order may be cancelled and the product may be made available to other customers.


10. Delivery and Courier Policy

Wavenics may deliver products through courier services or local delivery partners. Delivery time depends on location, courier service, weather, public holidays, and other external factors.

Wavenics is not responsible for courier delays, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, incorrect address, or courier service issues.

For delivery purposes, we may share the customer’s name, phone number, address, and order information with the courier company.


11. Shipping Charge Policy

Shipping charge must be paid by the customer. For regular local delivery, shipping cost will depend on the location and courier service.

For products sourced from China or other international suppliers, the product price and international shipping charge may be calculated separately. Shipping price may depend on product weight, category, and supplier shipping method.

Customers must pay the shipping charge after the product arrives at the destination, according to the product weight and category. The estimated shipping charge may be ৳840 or ৳1100 per kg, depending on the product category.


12. China Sourcing and Imported Products

Wavenics may source products from China or other international suppliers based on customer requirements.

For sourced/imported products, delivery time, price, shipping cost, customs-related cost, and availability may vary. Advance payment may be required for such orders.

Once a sourcing order is confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible.


13. Cash on Delivery and Advance Payment

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products and selected locations only.

For some orders, Wavenics may request advance payment to confirm the order, reduce cancellation risk, or cover sourcing/shipping cost.

Any courier conditional charge or payment collection charge, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.


14. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product for their project or application.

Before purchasing, customers should check compatibility with their circuit, microcontroller, voltage level, current requirement, software platform, mechanical fitting, and project requirements.

Wavenics will not be responsible if a customer purchases a wrong product due to lack of checking or misunderstanding of specifications.


15. Use of Products

Customers must not use Wavenics products for any illegal, harmful, unsafe, or unauthorized purpose.

The customer is fully responsible for how they use, install, modify, or integrate the purchased products in any project or system.


16. Limitation of Liability

Wavenics will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, project failure, academic loss, business loss, injury, equipment damage, or financial loss caused by improper use, wrong installation, wrong product selection, or malfunction of any product.

Customers should always follow proper safety guidelines while working with electrical, electronic, mechanical, battery, automation, or high-power systems.


17. Website and Content Accuracy

We may update product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, stock status, and website content at any time.

There may be accidental errors in product images, descriptions, pricing, stock status, or technical details. Wavenics reserves the right to correct those errors without prior notice.


18. Order Updates and Communication

After placing an order, customers may receive order updates through phone call, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Messenger, or other communication channels.

By placing an order, you agree that Wavenics may contact you regarding your order, delivery, payment, product availability, or service updates.


19. Privacy and Customer Information

Customer information such as name, phone number, delivery address, and order details will be used only for order processing, delivery, customer support, and business communication.

We do not sell customer information to third parties. However, necessary information may be shared with courier or delivery partners to complete delivery.
