Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Wavenics

At Wavenics, we sell robotics components, embedded electronics, sensors, modules, automation parts, mechanical hardware, and other DIY/technical products. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

1. No Return or Refund After Sale

Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Most of our products are DIY electronics and technical components, which can be easily damaged by wrong wiring, reverse polarity, overvoltage, soldering, programming errors, static discharge, or improper handling.

Because of this, after the product is sold and delivered, Wavenics will not accept return or refund requests for used, opened, connected, soldered, programmed, modified, damaged, or tested products.

2. Packet Must Be Intact for Consideration

If the product packet is still fully intact, unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original selling condition, Wavenics may consider a return or exchange request on a case-by-case basis.

However, this does not guarantee that the return or exchange will be accepted. The final decision will be made by Wavenics after checking the product condition.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

Return, refund, or exchange will not be accepted if:

The packet is opened or damaged.
The product has been used, tested, connected, soldered, programmed, modified, or installed.
The product is burned, scratched, broken, or physically damaged.
The product is damaged due to wrong connection, reverse polarity, short circuit, overvoltage, water, fire, or improper handling.
The customer ordered the wrong product by mistake.
The product is a sourced/imported/custom-order item.

4. Check Before Buying

If you are unsure about the product quality, specification, or compatibility, we request you to visit our shop and check the product before purchasing. Similar reference policies mention that customers should inspect products in person if they are uncertain about quality, and that most DIY products may not be returnable after purchase.

5. Technical Product Disclaimer

Many Wavenics products require technical knowledge, such as wiring, soldering, coding, calibration, driver installation, or circuit design. Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility and using the product properly.

Wavenics will not be responsible for product damage caused by wrong use, wrong wiring, wrong power supply, or lack of technical knowledge.

6. Final Decision

All return, refund, or exchange decisions are fully under the authority of Wavenics. Wavenics reserves the right to accept or reject any return request depending on product condition and order type.
